Shop Policies

Inventory:

Currently I have the shop inventory set low (10 finished reeds per week, 20 blanks per week) as I begin to navigate selling reeds professionally. Please check back on the weekends- that’s when I’ll update my quantities!


Wait Times:

I try to get reeds out as soon as possible, but please allow up to one week for your order to ship. Please contact me if you need them sooner and I’ll let you know if that will be possible!


Returns:

Simply put, I cannot accept returns on reeds that have been used by customers due to sanitary concerns. I take great care during the testing phase to make sure every reed is in optimal playing condition before I sanitize them, so you shouldn’t receive a cracked or otherwise unplayable reed. I’m happy to discuss any concerns that may arise- I want every customer to be 100% satisfied! 🎶

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened, damaged box as well as the damaged product so I can file claims if necessary.

Please read the descriptions carefully before buying. Currently I do not sell beginner reeds, and my Professional Reed is not suitable for young players! Additionally, my Blank Reeds are not ready to be played and require scraping to be made playable. I do not have any guarantee on Blank Reeds.
